Role Overview

Salesforce is hiring an Entry-Level Application Developer to join its growing development team. This is a full-time, remote role for recent graduates, career changers, and aspiring developers looking to build and maintain enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business requirements
Write clean, scalable, efficient code
Participate in application design, development, and implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects
Support software deployments and production releases
Create and maintain technical documentation
Follow Agile development methodologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
0–2 years software development experience (internships and academic projects accepted)
Basic knowledge of one or more languages: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or C++
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
SQL and relational database familiarity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills

Exposure to web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Knowledge of React, Angular, .NET, Spring Boot, or Node.js
Familiarity with Git and version control
Understanding of REST APIs and cloud technologies
Experience from academic or personal projects
