Responsibilities

- Build and maintain integrations including REST APIs for seamless data flow between systems.
- Perform unit, integration, and regression testing (functionality, performance, usability).
- Provide technical guidance during implementation; lead reviews/assessments and recommend improvements.
- Proactively identify issues/roadblocks, research fixes, and implement effective solutions.
- Assess and improve job aids, training materials, and documentation.
- Support internal process improvement and business development initiatives as needed.
- Interface directly with clients to understand needs, present solutions, and ensure alignment.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen residing in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, or the District of Columbia.

- Active or adjudicated IRS MBI.
- Ability to pass background checks and obtain/hold required government clearances.
- 3–6+ years of consulting and/or IT experience in federal or enterprise environments.
- Proficient with client-facing work to gather and refine functional requirements.
