About the role

Role Overview

As an Application Developer, you will help train AI models by creating/evaluating coding challenges and assessing AI chatbot outputs to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges.
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance.
Measure progress of AI chatbots and analyze logic.
Solve coding problems and provide explanations for how solutions work.

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python and/or JavaScript (or other listed languages such as C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift).
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain how solutions address the problem.
Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
Detail-oriented approach.
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.

Nice to Haves

A Bachelor’s degree (current, in progress, or completed) is preferred but not required.

Contract & Work Details

Independent contract role.
Remote (full-time or part-time).
Pay is hourly with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work, starting at $50–$100+/hr.
Payment via PayPal (USD currency conversions handled by PayPal).
