About the role

Role Overview

You’ll join DataAnnotation as an Application Developer to help train and evaluate AI models (AI chatbots). The job involves creating and assessing coding challenges and measuring chatbot progress by evaluating their logic and output quality.

Responsibilities

Create AI chatbot coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess model responses for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and improve overall quality of AI model outputs

Requirements

Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Able to solve coding problems using at least one programming language (examples given: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift)
Ability to explain how solutions solve the problem
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Preferred

A Bachelor’s degree (current, in progress, or completed)

Compensation & Logistics

Remote position (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract work, paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Work can be scheduled on your own schedule

Only applicants in the United States will be considered
