About the role

Role overview

You’ll work as an Application Developer supporting the training of AI chatbots. Your main goal is to assess model progress, evaluate chatbot logic and outputs, and solve coding problems to help improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Create/give AI chatbot coding challenges and evaluate the chatbot’s responses
Assess correctness and performance of outputs from AI models
Use problem-solving skills to debug and improve solution quality
Clearly explain how your solutions work for each coding problem

Requirements

Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank)
Experience with algorithms and data structures
Ability to explain how solutions solve the problem
Detail-oriented with strong debugging workflows
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)

Nice to have

A Bachelor’s degree (current, in progress, or completed)

Contracting & logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract position
Projects are paid hourly (up to $60 USD/hour) with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
Payment via PayPal
