Role overview

You’ll join DataAnnotation as an Application Developer to help train and evaluate AI chatbots/models. The work involves assessing chatbot responses, checking correctness and performance, and solving coding problems to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Provide coding challenges to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI-generated responses for correctness and performance
Solve and explain solutions to coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style)

Requirements

Proficient in at least one of Python or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems using at least one programming language (examples listed): JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented and experienced with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Ability to explain how your solution solves each coding problem

Nice to haves

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed preferred)

Contract & pay

Independent contract; full-time or part-time REMOTE
Choose which projects you work on; work on your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
Payment via PayPal (no money requested from applicants)

Only applicants in the United States are considered
