Role Overview

Application Developer (AI model training) You will help train AI chatbots by evaluating their logic and performance and solving coding challenges to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI-generated results for correctness and performance
Debug and solve problems to improve the quality of AI models

Requirements

Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank style) and explain how your solution works
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree (current, in progress, or completed)

Independent contract position
Remote (schedule flexibility)

Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
