Role Overview

Application Developer (AI training)

Help train AI models by assessing AI chatbot behavior and solving coding problems.
Measure progress, evaluate logic, and improve model quality through your evaluations.

Responsibilities

Create and/or provide coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
Assess AI outputs for correctness and performance.
Solve coding problems and explain how your solutions address the prompt.

Requirements

Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript.
Ability to work with one or more programming languages to solve coding challenges: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift.
Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
Detail-oriented with strong debugging and evaluation habits.
Experience with algorithms and data structures.

Nice to Haves

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed) preferred.

Compensation & Logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time).
Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
Choose your projects; work on your own schedule.
Paid via PayPal.

Independent contract position.
