About the role

Role overview

You’ll work as an Application Developer on a remote team training AI models and evaluating AI chatbot logic. The work includes measuring progress, assessing output quality, and solving coding challenges to improve model performance.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model results for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and explain how your solution works

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language, including Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style) using one or more of:
- JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)

Nice to have

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed) preferred but not required

Contract & logistics

Remote position (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract role; you can choose which projects you work on and set your own schedule
Paid hourly, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work

Compensation

Up to $60 USD/hour (bonuses available)
