Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as an Application Developer to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You’ll solve coding challenges and assess AI model outputs to improve logic, correctness, and performance.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Analyze and improve model quality by solving problems and refining evaluation

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to code in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Strong algorithms and data structures knowledge
Experience with debugging workflows
Detail-oriented approach
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Ability to explain how solutions address coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank style)

Preferred

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed)

Contract & Compensation

Independent contract position
Remote (full-time or part-time)
Flexible schedule; you can choose projects
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payment via PayPal; no money will be requested from applicants
