Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as an Application Developer to help train AI models. You will build and/or solve coding challenges and evaluate AI chatbot outputs to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Create or assign coding challenges for AI chatbots.
Evaluate AI chatbot outputs for:
- Correctness
- Performance
Debug and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
For each coding problem, explain how your solution works.

Requirements

Proficient in at least one programming language, ideally:
- Python and/or JavaScript
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank).
Experience with algorithms and data structures.
Detail-oriented with effective debugging workflows.
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed).

Contract & Compensation

Independent contract position.
Remote (full-time or part-time).
Projects paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
Payment via PayPal.
Must be located in the United States.
Choose your own schedule and select projects you want to work on.
