Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as an Application Developer focused on training AI models. You will help improve AI chatbot quality by evaluating their logic and solving coding problems.

Responsibilities

Create and/or assign coding challenges for AI chatbots
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Identify issues and solve problems to improve model quality
Explain how your solutions address each coding problem

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python and/or JavaScript (and ability to use other listed languages like C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift)
Ability to solve coding problems similar to LeetCode/HackerRank
Detail-oriented with strong algorithms, data structures, and debugging experience
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Contract & Work Details

Remote position (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract role
Choose which projects you work on; work on your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, plus bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
Payment via PayPal
