About the role

Role Overview

You’ll work as an Application Developer (AI training/evaluation), helping to train AI chatbots. Your work focuses on measuring progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems to improve the quality of each model.

Responsibilities

Create and/or provide coding challenges for AI chatbots
Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness and performance
Debug and solve problems that improve model quality
Explain how your solutions address each coding challenge

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) and explain your solution approach
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented work style
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to Have

A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree

Compensation & Logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract position; you choose which projects to work on
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
Payment via PayPal
