About the role
Role Overview
You will work as an Application Developer on a team that trains AI models. Your main goal is to evaluate AI chatbot outputs and improve the quality of the models by solving coding challenges and assessing performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbot coding challenges and evaluate their responses
- Assess AI outputs for correctness and performance
- Solve coding problems (similar to LeetCode/HackerRank) and explain how your solutions work
- Identify issues and help improve model quality through debugging and evaluation
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, including Python and/or JavaScript
- Strong ability to work through coding challenges and explain solution logic
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented approach
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed)
Work Setup & Compensation
- Remote (US only)
- Full-time or part-time options
- Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Payment via PayPal (independent contract)
