About the role

Role Overview

As an Application Developer, you will help train AI models by creating and evaluating coding challenges for AI chatbots. You’ll measure chatbot progress, assess logic quality, and debug solutions to improve overall model performance.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI-generated results for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and explain how your solutions address the problem

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style) in one or more of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented with strong debugging practice
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed) preferred

Work Details

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Hourly paid projects (up to $60 USD/hour) with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payment via PayPal
