Role Overview

Application Developer (AI model training & evaluation) — REMOTE

You will help train AI chatbots by creating and evaluating coding challenges and assessing the quality of the model outputs to improve overall logic and performance.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Measure progress of AI chatbots
Evaluate AI model responses for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and improve model quality

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python or JavaScript (preferred for the role)
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) using a programming language such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Ability to explain how your solution solves each coding problem
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented mindset
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to Have

A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree

Compensation & Logistics

Full-time or part-time, paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour

Independent contract position; projects are paid via PayPal
