Role overview

You will work as an Application Developer to help train AI models. The job focuses on measuring AI chatbot progress, evaluating their logic, and solving technical problems to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Create coding challenges for AI chatbots and review their responses
Evaluate AI model outputs for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and explain how your solutions address them

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language, with preference for Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) and clearly explain your approach
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented work style
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Preferred

A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree

Contract & compensation

Independent contract position
Remote (U.S. applicants only)
Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour, plus bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
