About the role

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as an Application Developer to help train and evaluate AI models. You will measure chatbot progress, assess the quality of model logic, and solve coding problems to improve the overall performance of each model.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbot coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model results for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and explain how your solution works

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python and/or JavaScript
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank)
Ability to clearly explain solutions and their logic
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Compensation & Work Details

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
PayPal payments; no applicant money is requested
Independent contract position; choose projects and work on your own schedule
