Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as an Application Developer to help train AI models. You will create/evaluate coding challenges and assess AI chatbot outputs to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges and evaluate their responses
Assess AI outputs for correctness and performance
Debug and solve problems to improve the quality of each model
For each coding solution, explain how it solves the problem

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language, especially Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank)
Strong experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
English fluency (native or bilingual)

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed)

Contract & Work Setup

Independent contract role
Remote (choose your own schedule)
Paid hourly, with opportunities for bonuses
Only applicants in the United States are considered
