Role overview

Application Developer to support the training and improvement of AI chatbots/models through coding challenges and evaluation.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges
Evaluate outputs for correctness and performance
Debug and solve problems to improve model quality
For each solution, explain how it solves the problem

Requirements

Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) using at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift)
Detail-oriented approach
Algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows experience
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)

Preferred

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed)

Contract & logistics

Independent contract position
Remote (candidates must be in the United States)
Payment via PayPal; hourly projects paid up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
