Role overview

Application Developer (independent contract) to help train AI models. You will create and assess coding challenges for AI chatbots, measure progress, and improve the quality of model outputs through logical evaluation and debugging.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
Investigate and solve problems to improve model quality
For each coding challenge, explain how your solution solves the problem

Requirements

Proficient in at least one programming language, and specifically either Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank)
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented with strong algorithms and data structures knowledge
Experience with debugging workflows

Nice to haves

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed), preferred but not required

Compensation & logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payment via PayPal; applicants must be in the United States
Work is independent contract; you can choose which projects to work on and set your own schedule
