About the role

Role Overview

You will work as an Application Developer supporting the training and evaluation of AI chatbots. Your work will involve giving coding challenges to chatbots, assessing their outputs, and improving model quality through careful analysis.

Responsibilities

Create and assign AI chatbot coding challenges
Evaluate outputs for correctness and performance
Review chatbot logic, debug, and solve problems to improve model quality
For each coding task, explain how your solution solves the problem

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python and/or JavaScript (preferred)
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style) using at least one of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice-to-Haves

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed) is preferred but not required

Contract & Payment

Remote (US applicants only)
Independent contract position
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
