About the role

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as an Application Developer to help train AI models. You’ll design and evaluate coding-focused chatbot tasks, measure progress, and improve the quality of AI outputs.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges and review their responses
Evaluate AI model outputs for correctness and performance
Diagnose issues and solve problems to improve model quality
For each coding task, explain how your solution addresses the problem

Requirements

Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Able to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) in a programming language such as:
- JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Strong algorithm and data structure knowledge
Detail-oriented with effective debugging workflows
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Ability to clearly communicate solution reasoning

Nice to Have

A Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed preferred, but not required)

Job Details

Remote; part-time or full-time options
Choose which projects you work on; work on your own schedule
Independent contract position
Paid via PayPal (hourly, USD; bonuses available for high-quality/high-volume work)
