Role overview

Application Developer (remote) Join the team to help train AI models by creating and evaluating chatbot coding challenges and assessing model outputs for quality.

Responsibilities

Create AI chatbot coding challenges and evaluate outputs
Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style) and explain how your solutions work
Improve model quality by debugging and addressing issues found in outputs

Requirements

Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (able to solve coding problems in at least one language)
Strong English communication (native or bilingual level)
Detail-oriented work style
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to have

A Bachelor’s degree (current, in progress, or completed)

Compensation & work details

Remote position; choose your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Paid via PayPal; independent contract
