About the role

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as an Application Developer to help train and evaluate AI chatbots/models. You will assess chatbot progress, review the logic of model outputs, and solve coding problems to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Create and assign coding challenges for AI chatbots.
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance.
Review model logic and debug/solve issues to improve quality.

Requirements

Proficient in at least one programming language, and ideally either Python and/or JavaScript.
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) and explain how solutions address the problem.
Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
Detail-oriented approach.
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
Ability to participate as an independent contract.

Preferred

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed).

Work Arrangement & Compensation

Remote position (you can choose which projects to work on).
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work.
Payment via PayPal; currency conversion handled by PayPal.

Location Constraint

Only applicants in the United States will be considered.
