Role overview

You’ll work as an Application Developer supporting the training of AI chatbots. Your work involves evaluating chatbot outputs, solving coding challenges, and improving the quality of AI model responses.

Responsibilities

Create and/or provide coding challenges for AI chatbots
Evaluate AI outputs for both correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and explain how your solutions address the requirements
Identify and solve problems that improve model quality

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python and/or JavaScript (and ability to work in at least one from: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift)
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank)
Strong algorithms and data structures knowledge
Debugging experience and detail-oriented approach
Fluent English (native or bilingual)
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Compensation & work model

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract position
Choose which projects you work on and work on your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payment via PayPal
