Role Overview

Application Developer (AI model training)

You will help train AI models by creating and evaluating coding challenges for AI chatbots, measuring progress, and improving overall model quality.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges
Evaluate AI outputs for:
- Correctness
- Performance
Diagnose and solve problems to improve the quality of each model
For each coding solution, explain how it solves the problem

Requirements

Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript
Can solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style) using at least one programming language:
- JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
English fluency (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented and strong in:
- Algorithms
- Data structures
- Debugging workflows

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed) preferred but not required

Contract & Work Details

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract position
Choose which projects to work on and work on your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour with bonuses for high-quality, high-volume work
Payment via PayPal
