Role Overview

Contract Application Developer (Node.js) working remote for 10–40 hrs/week. The role focuses on applying deep Node.js/JavaScript/TypeScript expertise to support AI system development/model training through code analysis, backend guidance, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use expert knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript to provide input for AI system development.
• Analyze and review code samples for accuracy, efficiency, and best-practice adherence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify backend engineering patterns and problem-solving strategies.
• Evaluate real-world Node.js scenarios to help models learn robust, scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Document insights, edge cases, and nuanced technical considerations clearly and effectively.
• Contribute to model training by communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
