About the role
Role Overview
Clarity Med Legal is seeking an experienced App Architect to lead the creation of intuitive, elegant, and engaging UI/UX experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll shape product direction, mentor designers, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from user research through final UI design and implementation support
- Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and scalable user experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to guide decisions
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions
- Build and maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation for consistency
- Mentor and provide design guidance to junior designers
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong end-to-end product design portfolio
- Proficiency with Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
