App Architect

Role Overview

Clarity Med Legal is seeking an experienced App Architect to lead the creation of intuitive, elegant, and engaging UI/UX experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll shape product direction, mentor designers, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from user research through final UI design and implementation support
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and scalable user experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to guide decisions
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions
• Build and maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation for consistency
• Mentor and provide design guidance to junior designers
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong end-to-end product design portfolio
• Proficiency with Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
