About the role
Role Overview
You will join a client team to expand the product’s available data sources by owning and building the core API that makes this data accessible to clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services as part of the core API
- Build data ingestion pipelines to expand and connect new data sources
- Collaborate with data engineers on ingestion and data delivery
- Ensure reliable deployment of services, including containerization and Kubernetes rollout
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing backend services using Go
- Ability to build data ingestion pipelines
- Collaboration experience with data engineers
- Knowledge of application deployment, including Docker and pushing services to Kubernetes
- Experience working in startups or small companies
Nice to Have / Preferred
- Denver/Boulder area candidates are preferred
- Candidates already located in Boulder/Denver will be given preference
Remote Policy
- Remote role, with local Denver/Boulder preference
