Angular Developer

Role Overview

Angular Developer (Senior) for remote work on a 6-month engagement (possible extension). You will build and maintain high-performance Angular web applications with modern frontend engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using Angular (v10+)
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver responsive, intuitive interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable code following best practices and coding standards
• Optimize performance for speed and scalability
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive UI behavior
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services with frontend logic
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Angular applications
• Stay current with Angular updates and industry trends
• Mentor junior developers and guide them on best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years professional experience in Angular development
• Strong in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Deep understanding of Angular architecture (components, modules, services, directives, pipes)
• Experience with RxJS and reactive state management (e.g., NgRx)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration
• Proficiency with Git
• Unit/E2E testing experience with Jasmine, Karma, or Protractor
• Knowledge of build tools/package managers such as Webpack and NPM
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Angular Universal (server-side rendering)
• Exposure to Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Backend experience (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Java) is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
