Angular Developer

Role Overview

Outlier AI is seeking programming experts to help train AI models to interpret and solve complex programming challenges. You will create and evaluate programming content that improves model understanding and overall response quality.

Responsibilities

• Create and answer computer science/programming questions to support AI training and development.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate AI-generated code snippets for correctness, efficiency, and best practices.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to improve AI responses and model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine training data and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Stay current on programming languages, coding standards, and AI training methodologies.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to share insights and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Ability to explain complex programming concepts fluently in Spanish and English.
• Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and technical writing standards in both languages.

Preferred

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Developer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
