Role overview

Join DataAnnotation as an Android Software Engineer contributing to the development and improvement of AI systems through coding tasks. This is a fully remote role with a flexible schedule, where you can choose projects that match your availability and goals.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that helps shape future AI model outputs

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Preferred: experience as a Software Developer / Engineer / Programmer

Preferred / Nice-to-haves

Preferred: experience in Kotlin
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Pay & logistics

Hourly pay for projects: $50–$100+/hr (higher-paying projects with strong performance)
Paid via PayPal
Available only to people located in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
