About the role

Role: Android Developer

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team to help design, solve, and evaluate programming tasks that train and improve AI systems—primarily with an emphasis on Android development.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems (Android-focused)
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that informs the next generation of AI models

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)

Preferred Qualifications

Kotlin experience
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
Prior experience as a Software Developer / Software Engineer / Programmer

Compensation & Work Model

Fully remote with a flexible schedule (choose which projects to take on and when to work)
Hourly pay starting at $50–$100+/hr (higher-paying projects with strong performance)
Payment via PayPal

Location Eligibility

Work is available only to people based in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
