About the role

Role Overview

You’ll join DataAnnotation’s coding team to help develop and improve AI systems through Android-focused programming work. You’ll work with state-of-the-art AI models, tackling real coding problems and providing evaluations and feedback that directly shape future model behavior.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models
Synthesize insights using data analysis and visualization (as applicable)

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Preferred: experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer

Preferred / Nice to Have

Kotlin experience (preferred)
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Work Model & Logistics

Fully remote with a flexible schedule; you choose which projects to take on and when
Work is available only to people located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
Paid hourly (projects); payment is made via PayPal

Compensation

Up to $60 USD/hour (higher-paying projects may be available with strong performance)
