Android Developer

Role Overview

You’ll join DataAnnotation’s coding team to help develop and refine AI systems. Work is fully remote with flexibility to choose projects and schedules, and tasks focus on creating, solving, and evaluating programming work—especially for Android development.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
• Preferred: prior experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer

Preferred Skills

• Kotlin experience
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Compensation & Logistics

• Paid hourly (up to $60 USD/hour) via PayPal; higher-paying projects may be available with strong performance
• Fully remote for candidates based in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
• Flexible schedule: choose which projects you take on and when you work
