Role overview

Build and ship the native Android experience for BJAK’s AI Neobank app. You’ll focus on clean user flows, fast performance, high product quality, and reliable features used by real customers.

What you will build

• Native Android features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted user journeys
• Turn complex financial flows into simple, fast, reliable mobile experiences
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineers to take features from idea to production
• Own app quality across performance, crash rate, loading states, edge cases, and release stability
• Use production feedback, analytics, and customer behavior to improve post-launch
• Integrate APIs, authentication, secure data handling, and financial workflows with reliability

Requirements

• Strong native Android experience using Kotlin
• Experience shipping Android apps used by real users
• Solid understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android development
• Strong product sense and UX ownership
• Ability to debug production issues and improve performance, reliability, and app quality
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving fast while maintaining quality

Nice to have / signals

• Demonstrated technology career highlights (e.g., personally helped build, ship, or scale a serious product/platform/system)
