Android Developer

Role Overview

You will join the team as an Android Developer to build and improve the native Android experience for a recruitment platform. You’ll deliver intuitive, high-performance mobile features that support job search, applications, and employer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy native Android features for onboarding, application management, messaging, notifications, and AI-assisted workflows
• Convert complex recruitment/job search processes into simple, fast, reliable mobile interactions
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and AI specialists from concept through launch
• Ensure performance, stability, and reliability by monitoring crash reports, loading times, and edge cases; improve using analytics and user feedback
• Integrate secure APIs, authentication mechanisms, and financial workflows with strong focus on data security and transactional integrity
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI to maintain release quality
• Identify opportunities for optimization, bug fixes, and feature enhancements

Requirements

• Strong background in native Android development with real-world production experience
• Extensive experience with Kotlin and modern Android frameworks such as Jetpack, Coroutines, and Flow
• Solid understanding of Android architecture, performance optimization, and debugging
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with financial or recruitment platforms
• Familiarity with secure data handling and API integrations
• Strong focus on user experience and attention to detail
