Role Overview

Join AgileGrid Solutions as an Android Developer to build and maintain the native Android experience for a recruitment platform. You’ll deliver high-quality, reliable, user-centric mobile features that help job seekers find jobs faster and help employers discover talent more efficiently.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain native Android features for onboarding, account management, payment processing, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted user journeys.
Translate complex financial and user flows into simple, fast, reliable mobile experiences with strong quality and usability.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and AI engineers to move features from concept to deployment.
Ensure app quality by monitoring performance metrics, crash reports, and user feedback, and proactively improving stability and reliability.
Implement secure data handling, authentication, and integrations with third-party APIs for financial transactions and workflows.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI to maintain high code quality.
Stay current with Android development trends and apply improvements to the app.

Requirements

Proven native Android development experience using Kotlin, with a portfolio of shipped apps used by real users.
Strong knowledge of Android architecture components, including Jetpack, Coroutines, and Flow.
Experience integrating APIs, implementing authentication, handling secure data, and supporting reliable, secure financial workflows.
Strong debugging and ability to resolve production issues to improve performance, stability, and UX.
Excellent English communication and ability to collaborate with a remote, global team.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in fintech, recruitment, or related industries.
