About the role

Role Overview

You’ll join Skybeyo as an Android Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet client needs. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build scalable, reliable applications in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions aligned with project requirements.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Maintain and improve existing applications by troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Write clean, scalable, efficient code following industry standards and company guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies into projects.
Support documentation of software functionality and user manuals for end-users and internal teams.
Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming, and Agile development practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven software development experience with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Proficiency in Java (plus additional languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript).
Experience with web development frameworks/technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Solid understanding of database management (e.g., SQL or NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to work independently and in a team.

Nice-to-Haves / Preferences

Master’s degree
Experience spanning multiple modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and/or cloud services
