Analytics Manager

Role overview

Join BlueLabs as an Analytics Manager (full remote). You’ll lead analytics and research across client sectors, turning data into strategic program insights and client-ready outputs while collaborating with both client and technical teams.

Key missions / responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to generate strategic program insights and drive innovation across sectors.
• Build data infrastructure, including reports and calculators that power solutions.
• Create client-facing materials to summarize findings clearly.
• Manage large projects end-to-end, taking ownership of outcomes.
• Work with a team of analysts and data scientists to inform data-driven decisions.
• Mentor analysts/fellows and support their growth while ensuring successful delivery.

Requirements

• Can tackle broad, open-ended questions with minimal guidance.
• Experience creating reports and using data visualization / business intelligence tools.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Excellent pattern recognition and ability to check assumptions.
• Experience working with GIS to create maps, using QGIS or ArcGIS.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools: Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Keynote.
• Programming experience with Python and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with statistical background or 3+ years of data analysis and report building.
• Ability to perform analysis under tight deadlines with unstructured problems.
