Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex data models for operational and reporting needs
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement data-driven solutions
• Develop and implement data quality and integrity standards
• Perform data exploration and investigation to uncover insights and patterns in healthcare and business data
• Build and maintain data infrastructure (pipelines, databases, and data warehousing)
• Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience working with data in an analytical/engineering/business environment
• Strong working knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation

Nice-to-haves

• Data warehouse experience: Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Workflow orchestration tools: Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect
• Experience operationalizing new data/AI tools on cloud platforms
• Experience developing/contributing to complex data models with dbt
• Experience with healthcare or other regulated sensitive data

Location / Work setup

• Chicago area (office in Rosemont) or fully remote
• Occasional on-site support at branches

Compensation

• $95,000–$125,000 base salary plus bonus (target near midpoint). Offer may vary by experience, qualifications, and location.
