About the role
Analytics Engineer (Remote - US)
Turn data into practical insights that improve visibility, decision-making, and business performance. Partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake and dbt for reliable reconciliation
- Own and improve workflows for Claim Reimbursement and Contract Sales
- Collaborate with Accounting, Engineering, Operations, and Reporting to reconcile financial data
- Ensure data integrity and support audits with well-documented practices
- Use Thunderclient and Postman to integrate with production systems
- Identify and remediate data quality issues and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- 2–4 years in an analytics or data engineering role focused on operational data systems
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake and dbt
- Proficiency with API tools such as Thunderclient or Postman
- Familiarity with financial data integrity and audit preparation processes
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to proactively address data issues

Compensation & Benefits
- $138,750 – $161,250 annually
