Analytics Engineer

About the role

Join Extend as an Analytics Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity across our financial and operational systems. This cross-functional position involves partnering with Accounting, Operations, Reporting, and Engineering to align internal and external financial data, and build reliable data pipelines in Snowflake and dbt. You'll have real ownership over the reconciliation workflows you support, and your work will directly impact the accuracy of payments and financial tracking. Key missions: Construire et maintenir des pipelines de données dans Snowflake et dbt pour soutenir la réconciliation fiable entre les systèmes internes et externes.. Profile: - Familiarity with reconciliation, financial audit preparation, and cross-system data integrity best practices - Experience in a fast-paced startup or cross-functional environment is a plus - Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across technical and non-technical teams - Proficiency with API interaction and tools like Thunderclient or Postman - Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to proactively identify and address data inconsistencies - 2-4 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or in a similar role focused on operational data systems - Bonus: experience working with claims, reimbursements, or financial data operations
