Analyst, PBM Financial Operations – Revenue Cycle

Role overview

The Analyst, PBM Financial Operations – Revenue Cycle supports multiple clients by building relationships and helping ensure timely payments. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Billing, Cash Application, Sales Operations, Finance, and Accounting, while monitoring the billing and collections process so client AR is accurate and documented.

Responsibilities

• Client collections oversight across assigned client accounts to minimize past-due balances
• Manage a region of client accounts and drive timely collections per agreed payment terms
• Maximize cash flow and reduce risk by resolving issues quickly and escalating effectively
• Process improvement: identify consistent improvement opportunities in billing/collections workflows
• Research claims and outstanding balances to identify root causes and resolve trends/issues with minimal supervision
• Perform AR reconciliation by validating payments applied and tracking outstanding balances
• Client-facing communication on past-due balances, credits, and events requiring manual intervention

Requirements

• 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
• 1+ years experience in Medical and/or Pharmacy Reimbursement or Accounts Receivable (AR)

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or equivalent
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced and highly accountable environment
• B2B collections experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; excellent customer service mindset

Work details

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Pay range: $43,888 - $93,574 (base; bonus/commission/short-term incentives may apply)
