About the role
Role Overview
Join Affirm’s Revenue Analytics team as an Analyst. You’ll deliver analyses, reporting, and data solutions that help Sales and internal Revenue teams make better decisions—while partnering strategically with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team using data-driven analyses to inform key business decisions.
- Support forecasting, territory prioritization, and cross-functional projects end to end.
- Define internal KPIs, benchmarks, and goals.
- Improve core sales processes including compensation design and goal setting.
- Leverage AI tools to automate and scale reporting and analytics.
- Work with both structured and unstructured data to produce actionable insights.
Requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; can operate in ambiguity and build analytical frameworks.
- Ability to craft compelling data-driven narratives and influence technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving projects end to end from strategy through implementation.
- Strong interpersonal skills for proactive stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau).
- Organization and execution skills; can work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
- Demonstrated aptitude using AI tools for analytics (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
- 3+ years of experience in an analytically driven role (consulting, finance, analytics, or analytics roles in mid-to-large tech).
Nice to Have
- Ability to learn Python.
- Knowledge of sales analytics concepts such as:
- Territory analysis
- Sales funnel conversion
- Sales velocity
- Knowledge of FinTech/Payments.
- Experience with CRM/sales reporting tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
- Experience with sales compensation planning/design.
