About the role

Role Overview

Hands-on Amazon Marketplace Operations Manager (Multi-Store FBM) for a remote, U.S.-based team. You will execute and scale day-to-day operations across multiple Amazon stores in a multi-client, multi-entity environment, working closely with leadership and a compliance specialist.

Business Model Context

Amazon FBM-based, but post-sale fulfillment (fulfilled after the order is made).
Uses wholesale suppliers/distributors and may route orders via third-party logistics.
Limited inventory holdings; hybrid between FBM, wholesale, and distributed fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Oversee and execute day-to-day ecommerce operations across multiple stores
Own and manage product listings, catalog management, and order flow
Operate directly in Amazon Seller Central on a daily basis
Troubleshoot operational issues across listings, orders, and account-level activity
Improve fulfillment workflows, accuracy, and delivery timelines
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Systems & Team Management

Build and manage teams, including virtual assistants
Create more efficient workflows and processes
Implement tools and systems to reduce manual effort
Support tracking, reporting, and operational visibility

Supplier Coordination

Coordinate with existing suppliers/distributors
Support onboarding/integration of new suppliers
Ensure smooth coordination between suppliers and operations

Requirements

Hands-on experience operating in Amazon Seller Central (FBM or hybrid models)
Experience managing 5+ Amazon stores simultaneously in a multi-client/multi-entity environment
Experience owning listings, catalog, and order/fulfillment workflows
Comfort operating in high SKU volume ecommerce environments
Experience with FBM, dropshipping, wholesale, or hybrid ecommerce models
Ability to build SOPs, workflows, and operational systems
Experience troubleshooting directly inside Seller Central (listings/orders/account issues)

Nice to Have

Experience managing or overseeing virtual assistants/offshore teams

Compensation

Base salary: $95,000 – $105,000
Additional performance-based earnings tied to business performance
