About the role
Role Overview
Contract opportunity for an Amazon Connect Developer (Remote, USA). You will design and build contact center experiences using Amazon Connect and related AWS conversational AI services.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR solutions.
- Configure and manage Amazon Lex bots, including integration with Nova Sonic.
- Set up and maintain Amazon Q in Connect AI Agent capabilities.
- Build and manage knowledge bases, including web crawler-based content ingestion.
- Implement and optimize queue routing strategies.
- Use Amazon Connect Contact Lens for analytics, monitoring, and insights.
- Work closely with the ProServe Senior Connect Lead to ensure smooth deployment and performance of contact center solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
- Knowledge of contact flow design and IVR systems.
- Experience with Amazon Lex and conversational AI.
- Familiarity with AI-driven contact center tools, including Amazon Q in Connect.
- Understanding of queue routing and call distribution.
- Exposure to Contact Lens analytics.
- Basic understanding of knowledge base creation and web crawling technologies.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in Telecom/Contact Center Technology and CCaaS.
