AI UX Conversational Analyst Internship

About the role

Join Rocket Lawyer, a company dedicated to making legal services affordable and accessible. As an AI UX Conversational Analyst Intern, you will work with the Rocket Copilot™ team to enhance the user experience of our AI-powered legal assistant. Your responsibilities will include analyzing chat logs, conducting user research, maintaining a library of conversational patterns, and running A/B tests on AI prompts. This is a remote internship for recent graduates with a research-focused master's degree in linguistics, cognitive science, or a similar field. Key missions: Analyzing chat logs to identify areas for improvement in the conversational experience.. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish user-value focused research questions.. Coordinating and taking notes during usability sessions to gather insights on user interactions. Profile: - Language/ Translation Skills: You can understand the nuances in analyzing the style, tone and language used by Copilot, and identify where users respond positively - Research Background: You have undertaken previous research projects in different areas. Cataloging experience is a plus - Analytical Curiosity: You love digging into data to find the "Why" behind a user's behavior - Mission-Aligned: You believe that everyone, regardless of their bank account, should have access to legal protection - Writing Skills: You can take a 10-sentence text and turn it into a 2-sentence conversational response without losing the meaning - Recent Grad: Research focused Masters degree in Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a similar field - Some familiarity with LLMs (like Gemini) and a desire to learn professional tools
