AI Solutions Engineer

Role overview

As an AI Solutions Engineer at Chartis, you will design, configure, and manage AI-powered solutions to improve how internal teams and clients work. You’ll build and deploy AI assets, integrate them into existing platforms, and help operate and govern deployed AI agents.

Key missions

• Conceive, configure, and manage AI-powered solutions for teams and clients
• Act as a builder and guardian of the company’s AI agents ecosystem, developing AI assets
• Support operational management of AI platforms
• Implement integrations and manage AI access controls
• Establish and run testing frameworks for AI solutions
• Monitor deployed agents and manage access based on roles

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI assets and AI agents/automation solutions
• Manage platform operations for deployed AI capabilities
• Implement integrations and identity/access-based controls
• Create evaluation and testing approaches, including monitoring of deployed agents

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills; translate business needs into technical designs
• Familiarity with Azure services, including M365, SharePoint, Azure OpenAI, and identity/access management concepts
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and AI governance considerations
• 3+ years building AI agents or automation solutions (startup, consulting, or enterprise)
• Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end (requirements through delivery)
• Experience using low-code/no-code tools to deliver technical solutions

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
• Prior experience with Python (or similar)
